What we do:
How about a personal assistant to help you get past that project that just won't go away?  Although each person has individual requirements, below is a sampling of what we can do to help you:
  • Assist you in clearly identifying personal and professional goals.  Develop an action plan to help you accomplish the goals.  The plan is customized according to your individual style.
  • Assist you in accomplishing regular tasks and projects that are not priorities, giving you time to focus on what matters most.
  • Handle communications including mail, telephone and email.
  • Sort, process and file paperwork using easy-to-find systems that work for you.  Securely dispose of documents that are no longer needed.
  • Improve your personal space.  Organize and de-clutter your home and / or office; designate "homes" for all of your files, memorabilia, clothes, collections, tools ect.; Find and deliver "new homes" for things you no longer need.  If the "new home" is a local charity and it fits in my car, I'll deliver it for you at the end of each session without charge!
  • Assist with aging family members.  Helping them with home management responsibilities.
  • Assist with downsizing to create more open spaces in your home or in preparation for a move.
  • Assist with settling estates.  This includes sorting, organizing and clearing homes; coordinating projects with those involved including families, trustees and contractors; handling home management responsibilities.

Who we are:
Indigo Advantage was launched in 2003 with a purpose of supporting individuals so they may focus on priorities and goals.  Integrity, respect and a positive attitude form the cornerstone of Indigo Advantage.  We work with individuals in the Ann Arbor and Metropolitan Detroit areas.

The company was founded by Margaret Crandall.  She has an extensive executive background in supporting others with a focus on evaluating, coaching and adjusting resources to maximize quality, productivity and results.
